What is the minimum age and ID requirements to enter WPBKK?

Entry requires a minimum age of 20. Only government-issued IDs with a photo and date of birth will be accepted, such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card. Temporary IDs, birth certificates, school IDs, expired IDs, and photos of IDs will not be accepted. Digital IDs (e.g., Thai ID, Singpass, Digital iD, myGovID) are valid.

How do I purchase White Party Bangkok tickets?

Purchase tickets online here. All Night Parties passes are not available on-site. Only individual party tickets for the same day can be bought at the box office. To guarantee entry and avoid sold-out events, we recommend buying tickets in advance.

How to collect my wristbands?

Pre-register your tickets before collecting your wristbands here. During this process, you can update the name to match the ID you’ll present when picking up your wristband. It takes just 30 seconds.

Wristbands can be collected at the Welcome Center, 4th floor of Siam Discovery, across from Virgin Fitness (MAP) on Dec 27th, 2024, from 11am – 6pm. After that, wristbands will be available at the Wristband Pick-Up Point, located near the venue’s box office at Next Tech on 4th floor of Siam Paragon: 7:30pm – midnight for all-night parties, 2pm – 9pm for Jock Ball, and 2pm – 6pm for Beef Ball.

To collect your wristband, present the QR code received after pre-registering. The name on the QR code must match your ID.

For quicker venue entry and more time on the dance floor, we recommend picking up your wristbands at the Welcome Center.

Note: Entry will not be permitted after midnight without your wristband for night parties.

Can someone else pick up my wristband?

Yes, you can authorize someone else to pick up your wristbands. The designated person must present a government-issued ID (original, paper, or digital copies) that matches the name on the ticket.

What are the location and operating hours of the Welcome Center?

The WPBKK Welcome Center will be operational on Friday, December 27th, 2024, from 11am – 6pm at Siam Discovery on 4th Floor (MAP).

If you can’t make it during the Welcome Center’s hours, your wristbands can be picked up at the Wristband Pick-Up Point, located near the venue’s Box Office at Next Tech on 4th floor of Siam Paragon: 7:30pm – midnight for all-night parties, 2pm – 9pm for Jock Ball, and 2pm – 6pm for Beef Ball.

How to use my wristband?

All Night Parties wristbands are removable for comfort but must be kept safe. Each wristband is personal, non-transferable, and must be scanned at entry/exit. If not scanned out, re-entry is denied. Borrowing or sharing wristbands is prohibited. After staying until the end, no exit scan is needed; wristbands reset for the next day. Individual party wristbands are valid only for their specific events.

White Party Bangkok uses a cashless RFID system (except at Bag Check and some sponsor booths). Load money via cash, credit card, or QR transfer, with a 500 THB minimum for credit cards. Unused credits can be used across all festival events but are non-refundable.

Are cut-off or damaged wristbands replaceable? How about lost or stolen ones?

If your wristband is cut or damaged, visit the Wristband Pick-Up Point for a replacement (500 THB fee). Remaining credits will transfer if you bring the old wristband.

Lost or stolen wristbands must be repurchased: individual tickets at door price, All Night Parties passes at advance tier price. Credits on lost or stolen wristbands cannot be transferred.

What are the differences between VIP and Standard tickets?

VIP tickets grant you:
– Priority admission to the parties
– Access to VIP Platforms offering unobstructed views of the stage and main dance floor
– Access to VIP bars and VIP toilets
– A special gift from us or one of our sponsors (applies to some events only)

Standard tickets include:
– Admission to the parties

*** VIP privileges do not apply to Jock Ball & Beef Ball; all tickets are treated equally.

I have a standard ticket, can I upgrade to VIP?

Upgrades from standard to VIP tickets are possible if VIP tickets are available online for the same event. To upgrade, purchase a VIP ticket from the current tier, and your standard ticket will be refunded at face value (excluding fees). What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. No refund will be given for any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

If you’re unable to attend and would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, you can update the name during the pre-registration process. Please note that name changes are allowed only once.

What is the best time to arrive at the parties? 

To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend arriving early. Doors open at 7:30pm for night parties, and we strongly suggest arriving by 9pm to avoid queues. Outside food, drinks, and chewing gum are prohibited (mints are allowed). Security will conduct thorough checks of all bags and personal items, with the right to deny entry if necessary. Please review the list of prohibited and acceptable items below.

NO outside food or beverages (including alcohol)
NO professional recording equipment – photo, video, or audio (no detachable lenses, tripods, large zooms, or commercial use rigs)
NO inappropriate behavior, including indecent & sexual acts (will result in immediate ejection from event)

Will you offer bag / coat check at any events?

A bag deposit station will be provided at all events. However, please note that there won’t be a private changing area. If you prefer not to arrive in your party attire, consider wearing your outfit underneath, with a removable top layer. Please keep in mind that we are not liable for any lost or stolen items, so it’s advisable to keep your valuable possessions with you. Kindly be aware that all bags are subject to content inspection. The cost is 100 THB (cash only).

What should I wear / not to wear to the party?

We encourage guests to dress creatively to match each party’s theme. However, please ensure your attire complies with Thai law, avoiding exposure of genital or buttock areas. Sheer underwear or jockstraps without shorts or pants are not permitted.

For the White Party Main Event, outfits must be 80% white. If removing your shirt, your bottoms must remain white.

Always wear a shirt and pants in public areas to avoid potential fines.

What should I do if I require medical assistance at the party?

A clearly marked Medical Station will be available on-site, staffed by a licensed medical team ready to provide confidential and appropriate care free of charge. Don’t hesitate to seek assistance if needed—we’re here to help you enjoy the festival safely.

Are there designated smoking areas at the events?

Smoking is permitted only in the designated area outside the event hall. Smoking indoors is illegal in Thailand, and violations can result in hefty fines for the organizers and jeopardize future events.

Anyone caught smoking inside the hall or restrooms will be immediately removed, their wristband invalidated, and no refunds issued. This policy is strictly enforced without exceptions. Please help us maintain compliance by using the designated smoking area.

What is the best way to arrive at the parties?

If you plan to drink, we recommend using taxis, tuk-tuks, or the BTS Skytrain. Note: the last train runs around midnight, and service resumes at 6am.

Parking is available at Siam Paragon—validate your ticket at the Box Office to avoid charges. Please do not drink and drive!

How can I request the removal of my photo from the WPBKK website, social media pages, or advertisements?

By purchasing tickets, attendees grant permission for their images and videos captured during the events to be used for White Party Bangkok’s promotional, informational, or commercial purposes.
